Nice in Nicaragua.

At Nice Images we support a home for social orphans in Nicaragua; a refuge for girls who have been victims of abuse and neglect. The orphanage, which is run by nuns, looks after 14 girls, giving them a warm and welcome place to live and study until they are old enough to leave. Every month Nice donates money to the orphanage to help it run. Our director Rachel goes out to Nicaragua at least twice a year, to go and help the nuns with her physical presence to look after the girls. We are very excited at Nice as our money, as well as the help from friends of Nice, has helped to build an extension, named 'the Hogar' to the existing orphanage. Rachel tells us that the girls have love their new outside space and are running wild in it! Here are some pictures of the orphanage and the building so far.... If you would like to donate, to help to continue this good work, please contact: rach@niceimages.net . Nice.

SURF Survivors Fund = nice.

At Nice we support SURF Survivors Fund.  Since 1997, Survivors Fund has helped survivors of the Rwandan genocide deal with and recover from the tragedies of 1994, supporting a wide range of services for victims in Rwanda, and assisting survivors in the UK. Funded by a variety of organisations and individuals, SURF acts as a channel to distribute financial assistance to groups, individuals and charitable organisations in the day-to-day operations of bringing the people of Rwanda hope, safety, and a decent standard of living. At Nice we have supported SURF for 11 years. Our director Andrew Sutton has helped SURF record the stories of survivors in Rwanda through film and photography – giving his time to travel to Rwanda to profile SURF’s work and the situation of the survivors . Without Drew’s support, SURF would be much the poorer – and the cause of survivors would be less known. For more information about Andrew and Rachel's (Nice's directors) most recent trip to

At Nice we like Borne by Elise Berger.  Elisa Berger states that "Borne evolved from a desire to provide a new sense of individuality to clothing and focus on the details that make a design unique".
